What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 12:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to availability, and if your room is ready before the designated time, we’ll be happy to accommodate you at no additional cost.

Does the hotel have a free cancellation policy?
Cancellation policies vary depending on the selected rate. Some reservations may qualify for free cancellation up to 72 hours before arrival. We recommend reviewing the cancellation terms at the time of booking.

Does the hotel accept minors?
Our hotel welcomes guests 12 years and older, as long as they are accompanied by at least one adult.

Does the hotel offer valet parking?
While we do not have on-site parking, we offer complimentary valet parking for our guests.

Does the hotel have a gym?
We do not have an on-site gym, but there are two high-end fitness centers nearby. A day pass is available for approximately 15 USD.

Does the hotel offer 24-hour room service?
Yes, we provide 24-hour room service. You can find the in-room dining menu in your room.

Does the hotel offer laundry services?
Yes, we offer laundry and ironing services. Simply leave your items at the reception, and our team will inform you about processing times and costs.

Does the hotel offer shuttle service?
Yes, we provide private transportation to the airport and nearby destinations for an additional fee:

✦ Airport Drop-off: $1,300 MXN

Is breakfast included in the rate?
Breakfast inclusion depends on the rate selected at the time of booking. If included, breakfast is served from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Cerrajería Restaurant or through in-room dining.

Can I bring my pet to the hotel?
We are pet-friendly in Terraza Orizaba, our outdoor dining space. However, in rooms and suites, we only welcome assistance animals with proper documentation.
